Return Period You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days from the delivery date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase or order confirmation number is required
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as undergarments or items marked as final sale on the product page are not eligible for return. These items will be clearly marked on the product listing.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect: Cheruv covers return shipping at no cost to you
For all other return reasons: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem immediately at no cost to you, either through a full refund or a free replacement.
Exchanges We accept exchanges for a different size or colour of the same item, subject to availability. Contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. After this window, the order may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
